We started making this for our first winter farmers market, and we’ve never looked back. It sold out then, it sells out now—we still can’t make it fast enough. This is the dip people ask for by name.

 

Made with wild Alaskan smoked salmon, real cream cheese, a good amount of fresh garlic, lemon, dill, capers, and other fresh ingredients. We make it in-house every week in Chicago, so it’s always fresh and full of flavor. 

 

Serve it with bread, crackers, chips, or eat it right out of the container. It's that good. 

 

Each container contains weighs 5oz. 

 

A quick note: Keep frozen until ready to use. Use within 7 days after thawing.
