Nothing goes to waste at Hook Point — and salmon heads are one of the most underrated, flavor-packed parts of the fish. These are the same heads we use for soups and broths out on Kodiak. Loaded with collagen and rich natural oils, they bring deep, savory flavor to ramen, curry, and stock.

What You Get:

• Two wild sockeye salmon heads (~2 lbs total)
• Wild-caught and flash-frozen
• Incredible for broth, fish head curry, roasting, or grilling
