All shipments are sent on Monday or Tuesday via express 1 - 2 day shipping. This is to ensure your order arrives in good form. If there's a hiccup on the shipping side of things, we'd hate to have your fish waiting in a warehouse all weekend before it gets to you.

You will receive confirmation as soon as it is on its way to you.

Frozen salmon are lovingly  packed with Green Cell Foam, the most environmentally sustainable packaging available. Made from US-grown corn, Green Cell Foam is compostable and can even be dissolved in a sink for safe and easy disposal.

Please note, we use dry ice to keep your fish frozen during transit. When removing your fish please be mindful of the dry ice. For your safety, do not handle dry ice with your bare hands.  

You can leave the dry ice in the shipping container in a well ventilated area, with the lid off, and it will evaporate in 1-2 days.

We want you to enjoy a seamless delivery and unpacking experience. With this in mind, we cannot stress enough the importance of handling dry ice with caution.
