Sockeye has a bright, clean flavor and a firm texture, with that deep natural red color that comes from feeding in cold, wild ocean waters — nothing added, nothing dyed. It holds up beautifully in the pan, on the grill, or roasted in the oven, and it’s just as good flaked into bowls, salads, tacos, or breakfast plates.

A quick note: Each fillet is as unique as the fish, so they will vary in size. Your box will be packed to meet or exceed 10lb.
